Doreen Tess Warddell, formally known under the stage name Do’reen was a singer worked with such bands as “Soul II Soul” and “The KLF” as well as “Phunklawds”. Back in  “Soul II Soul”, she leads locals, in such tracks as “Feel Free” and “Hapeness”, ans back vocals in a number of songs of the band.

In “The KLF” Do’reen lead only back vocals in the album Justified and Ancient (All Bound for Mu Mu Land)“. Her solo career includes collaboration with the D’Influence on “Ain’t Gonna Walk In Your Shadow No More”.

On the 1st of March 2002 Warddell was killed in a Shoreham-By-Sea. That happened after she was challenged on a suspicion of shoplifting goods in a Holmbush Shopping Centre. She ran out of the mall through the rear fire exit, and attempt to cross the A27 road. But over three vehicles hit she died instantly.
