Tom Norris is a well known English musician, composer, ensemble leader and songwriter who plays classical violin with the London Symphony Orchestra and also manages a solo pop music career.

He was born in Kent where attended Chetham’s School of Music during his childhood. Later he has studied at a  Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London and in that very time began his singing career, and also playing a local club as a jazz violinist with some of the well-known musicians as Lionel Grigson. As soon as the school was off, Norris player in a London Symphony Orchestra as an extra player, begin to write songs, at the same time toured in a piano trio with Norbert Zehm and Kate Shortt. During these years he continues his studies in Canada in a Banff Centre for the Arts, after which he took a place of a Principal Second Violinist with the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra. He returned to London for a position with the London Symphony Orchestra, where he plays Co-Principal Second Violin
